Dream On

I have a growing must-have list for when I’m rich and famous. These are not my own fantasies, I have to assert. They come from my kids and their friends in the (forlorn) hope that being a children’s writer somehow equates to being J.K. Rowling. Or at least to earning what she earns.

So, if and when, here’s the list: A mansion. With a moat. And a helicopter. A high-end laser tag system to play with in the house (ah, I mean, the mansion). A maze for paintball (in the mansion’s garden). A Secret Agent Laser Obstacle Kit (that’s my own addition, after watching it in The Big Bang Theory). Fencing gear with sensors would be essential, too, I think.
